We are proud of the quality of work we deliver, the environment we create for our children, and the education we provide. Our parents think we’re pretty great too. Here are some thoughts from a few of our parents about Waiapu Kids Abbotsford:
Words cannot express the thanks that my family has for each and every Abbotsford teacher, they are enthusiastic, nurturing, and make the effort for many off-site excursions which our children love. Abbotsford has been part of our family for almost six years with all three of our children starting from under two through to school. You cannot ask for more than have your children excited when it’s ‘Abbotsford’ day.
Thank you so much for looking after our boys! It’s such a sad time for us to say goodbye to our extended family! We really appreciate all you have done in teaching and nurturing our boys. They have absolutely loved their time with you.
Thank you so much for your wonderful care and teaching of Fleur. We know that she will miss her friends and teachers but is really looking forward to her new learning journey at school.
Waiapu Kids Abbotsford was recommended to us by a friend and so we joined the Abbotsford Team 6 years ago with our first-born daughter. We are just in the settling process of our third child, and I have to say I cannot highly enough recommend this place! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the teachers truly take their time to accommodate every kid’s needs. Their values are beautiful, and you always feel included and heard no matter where you’re coming from or what the matter is. The communication is easy and always in a respectful and understanding way.
I had my mother-in-law from overseas visiting, she’s seen many early childcare facilities and kindys. However, she said she’s never seen a place so friendly and welcoming like this! It’s heart-warming to know that your child is in the best hands. They always come up with new ideas to keep the kids busy and entertained and by the end of the day we always hear lots of cool stories of what they did.
Not to forget that they all have a great sense of humour and a very loving personality, so not just kids but also the parents feel very comfortable at Waiapu Kids Abbotsford.
Words cannot even begin to describe the aroha, tautoko, energy and impact that Abbotsford and its teachers have on our boys. We absolutely love the mixed aged setting- there is something special about our boys being able to be together but also have their own learning focuses and their own key teachers as well. The Glebe and Church programmes add a dimension to the boys’ development and opportunities that are so valuable. We are so incredibly thankful for the input you guys have in our boys’ lives and the community that comes along with Abbotsford is a huge added bonus as well. We can’t thank you enough.
